5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R170 applies to all orders within South Africa.
  • Overnight Delivery: Available for R250
  • Weekend Note: Overnight orders dispatched on a Friday will be available for collection at the courier hub on Saturday. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to residential or business addresses on weekends or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for sealed, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.
